Terms of Service Warranty
The service is not guaranteed if :

• The address of the recipient is not written clearly and in full by the sender. 
• The label of the document has not the information, or the information concerning EMS item is wrong,  “document” or “item” as well as for the nature and the type of custom declaration
• EMS item contain goods which are not in accordance with custom legislation of the destination country or contains prohibited goods, a part of which is mentioned above.
• Delays caused by major forces, civil or politicalriots, local and national holiday.
