Monthly water consumption bills for Tirana and Durrës, as well as overdue bills of UKT and UKD can be paid immediately to all post offices, where you can:

  1. Know about the value of the obligation.
  2. Pay directly to UKT and UKD (online).
  3. Remove the UKT and UKD liability immediately.
  4. Prove the payment of your bills

In all post offices, you can do:

  1. Control of traffic offense fines in the system (ONLINE).
  2. Execution of Penalty Payment.
  3. Verification of the cancellation of the fine at the time of payment (ONLINE).

Based on the agreements concluded with the Municipalities, the Albanian Post performs the collection of the obligations of juridical entities / individual bear towards municipalities which have them under their jurisdiction.

  1. The client, who will be present at the counters of the Albanian Post, must be obliged to have the bill to be paid, issued by the respective Municipalities. Payment is performed on the system and manually.
  2. The client is provided with a copy of the collection mandate, which is signed and stamped by the desk employee, as well as signed by the customer who collects the values.

Social Insurance Contribution (Voluntary Contribution and Contribution of Private Farmer Accrued by the Regional Directorates of ISSH)

  1. Insurance payment are carried out after the client submits the voluntary contribution payment form filled out by the Regional Social Insurance Directorate.
  2. Farmer’s payment service is performed after the client submits an action order, supplemented by the DRSSH.

Legalization of documents in the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs

Based on the agreement with the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Albanian Post plays the role of the mediator, assisting the client in legalizing the documents to be used abroad.

  1. The legalization service is performed in all post offices of the Albanian Post for the account of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs.
  2. The financial service includes the collection of the value of the consular tax stamp and the service commission.
  1. Insurance payment are carried out after the client submits the voluntary contribution payment form filled out by the Regional Social Insurance Directorate.
  2. Farmer’s payment service is performed after the client submits an action order, supplemented by the DRSSH.

Based on the agreement signed with the Ministry of Justice, the General Directorate of Prisons, the Albanian Post accepts in the post office`s counters the applications of the clients for the provision of Attestation of Judicial Status, Proof of Penalty.

  1. The client is presented at the counter with an identification card (ID card or passport) and completes the application form for the Proof of Penalty.
  2. Once the form is completed, should be paid the value of the Juridical Stamp. After the payment is carried out in System, the client is provided with a cash receipt signed by the cashier of the post office and the customer.
  3. To retrieve this document, the client must be present at the same counter where has completed the application.

Based on the agreement with the Italian Embassy, the Post performs the financial service of legalization of documents on behalf of the Italian Embassy. The service is realized on the legalization of documents at the Italian Embassy.

  1. Before, the client must have translated the documents that he / she will legalize, at a sworn translator and recognized by the Ministry of Justice and should have legalized them at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (action carried out through Albanian Post).
  2. The legalization fee is defined by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to be paid in Euro and converted by the system in Lek. The collection of the value needed to legalize the documents is carried out in the system, and the client is provided with the receipt of the payment.

Albanian Post performs in all Post Offices the payment of school Fees as follows:

  1. Collection for state matura
  2. Certificates for postgraduate courses
  3. Fees, list of grades
  4. Master registration fee
  5. Registration fee at university
  6. Legalization for MASH
  7. Collection of KPA (National Examination Agency)

Each customer should be provided with the invoice issued by the universities. The payment can be done in both ways, on the system and manually. After completing the service, the client is provided with a payment receipt signed by the employee and the client.

  • Albanian Post is licensed by the Ministry of Finance as a sales agent for tax stamps for the notary offices. The post offices sell various tax stamps.

Based on the agreement with the General Directorate of Customs, the Albanian Post plays the role of Customs Agent for the international items which are subject to customs procedures.

To accomplish this service, it is proceed as follows:

  1. Customs Agent of the Albanian Post, based on the documentation provided by the representative of the customs authority, according to the description of the goods, for the nomenclature code of goods 9900, shall determine the value that the client has to pay for the account of the General Directorate of Customs.
  2. The value of the customs liability will be written on the notice received by the customer.
  3. This value will not include the Albanian Post Commission.
  4. The amount of the customs liability will be written on the notice generated by postal mail System ‘eterna” (according to the specific sectors), after that will be forwarded by the processing staff at the respective affiliate / branch office.
  5. Payment is carried in the system and the client is provided with a payment receipt.

Based on the agreement with the City Halls, Albanian Post Office offers the invoices payment service for children attending kindergartens and pre-kindergartens.

  1. Each parent of the child is presented at the counters of the Albanian Post with the monthly receipt bill issued by the Economic Centres for Child Development and Education.
  2. The service is carried out in the system and the client is provided with a payment receipt signed by the employee and the client.

Albanian Post offers at its offices the service of student accommodation payments at the state dormitories.

  1. The student is presented at the counters in order to pay the fee, after being provided by the Student Treatment Company with the relevant form.
  2. Basing on the form is performed the payment, indicating the respective number of the building and the respective number of the room where the student will be accommodated.
  3. The student is provided with a cash-signature receipt signed by the employee.

From October 31, 2018, the Filials and Branches of Albanian Post all over Albania have started to perform the financial service of collection of tax liabilities on the account of the General Directorate of Taxation, from small and large businesses, as well as the free professions ones, who are subject to VAT.

The client is presented to the post office with two copies of the “Payment Statement Form” or “Payment Order” issued by the General Tax Directorate, which contains the taxpayer’s tax and tax liability.

After performing the services and depositing the monetary values, a copy of the “Payment Declaration Form” document is sent to the customer, together with the payment mandate, signed and stamped with the service seal by the service employee.
