Cooperation agreement for the provision of postal services at ADISA offices
Albanian Post and ADISA, now a true ONE STOP SHOP for citizens
Albanian Post and the Integrated Public Service Provider Agency (ADISA) have signed a cooperation agreement to provide all Albanian Post services to ADISA regional / local offices, providing a true ONE STOP SHOP to citizens.
Albanian Post Administrator Mr. Laert Duraj said that this ONE STOP SHOP will create economic and time-based facilities for citizens applying for services at ADISA offices.
Mr. Duraj emphasized that this cooperation agreement will be extended to all ADISA offices throughout Albania in the short term.
Whereas, the Executive Director of Integrated Public Service Provider Agency, Mr. Lorin Ymeri expressed his gratitude for the Albanian Post, for the willingness shown and the continuity of cooperation in the interest of the citizens.
Also, Mr. Ymeri pointed out that this agreement will be a good opportunity to facilitate the service procedures provided by ADISA and Albanian Post.
Albanian Post is the only state-owned company operating in the postal and financial services market that offers a wide range of services to citizens at competitive rates.
The Integrated Public Service Provider Agency (ADISA) is the agency responsible for administering public administration counters and providing public services according to the principle of separating the reception offices from the offices responsible for the service.
